How do I access the supplier list after the purchase?
After purchase, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to download the supplier list directly.
How long does shipping take at the suppliers?
If it is not a pre-order package, you will almost always receive it within 7 working days. (However, we have no influence on this.)
Can I get my money back if I am not satisfied?
On Vintagesupp.com, we accept refunds under certain conditions. For example, the supplier file must not have been downloaded yet in order to qualify for a refund.
What is the minimum amount I need to purchase from the suppliers?
This varies by supplier and category, but the minimum is around 5-30 units. Does this not fit within your budget? Then you can always take a look at the reseller boxes on our website!
