1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Vintagesupp and the customer regarding the sale and delivery of clothing and related items.
1. Vintagesupp reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions apply from the moment they are posted on the website. It is the customer's responsibility to check the terms and conditions regularly.
2. Orders and Agreements
2.1 An agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order via our website and Vintagesupp confirms this order by email.
2.2 Vintagesupp reserves the right to
refuse an order or request additional information if necessary, for example in case of suspected fraud.
2.3 All prices listed on the website include VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment
3.1 Payments must be made in advance via the payment methods offered by Vintagesupp, such as iDEAL, credit card, or other available options.
3.2 In the event of late payment, the customer is in default and Vintagesupp has the right to cancel the order.
4. Delivery
4.1 Vintagesupp delivers the ordered products to the email address provided by the customer. We deliver within the EU, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 The delivery times stated on the website are indicative. Exceeding any delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.
4.3 If a product turns out to be unavailable, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the amount paid will be refunded.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
5.1 You have the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. However, if you have already downloaded the file (for example, with a supplier bundle) or if you purchased an exact reseller box and knew in advance what you would receive, the right to a refund lapses.
5.2 If the file has not been downloaded and the customer wishes a refund, contact must be made via email ( info@Vintagesupp.com ) . The amount will then be refunded within 14 days.
5.3 If the file has already been downloaded and you have agreed in advance to immediate delivery, the right of withdrawal lapses and we cannot issue a refund .
6. Liability
6.1 Vintagesupp is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the products supplied by us, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.
6.3 In no event shall Vintagesupp’s liability exceed the invoice amount of the relevant order.
7. Privacy
7.1 Vintagesupp respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that personal information is treated confidentially, in accordance with our Privacy statement .
8. Applicable Law and Disputes
8.1 All agreements and disputes between the customer and Vintagesupp are governed by Dutch law.
8.2 In the event of a dispute, both parties are obliged to first resolve it through mutual consultation. If this is not successful, further steps will be discussed to reach an appropriate solution.
